True Liberation of Man
The Pope speaks, by way of Reuters:
"Today's various forms of dissolution of marriage, free unions, trial marriages as well as the pseudo-matrimonies between people of the same sex are instead expressions of anarchic freedom which falsely tries to pass itself off as the true liberation of man," he said.
(Left: Man eluding anarchic freedom.)
Yeah, he probably doesn't like Kropotkin much, either.

Pah! Feh! Feh on him and his baseless categorical pronouncements. More on this on my livejournal after the trial exhibits are due. Feh.
You know, rockgod and I are the just-this-side ("this side" being, of course, the straight side) of Pope freakiness's quintessential dissolute, valueless anarchic couple and our marriage should be extremely unstable. But we've been married eleven years. Maybe the problem is that by living together and having puppy attend the wedding from the womb (worst view in the courthouse, I'll tell you), and by being all feminist and raising myself an overly feminized boyo, we are just destabilizing everyone else's marriage (how does that work, I wonder).
Pah. Feh.
